Processus de production
(Charge Mixture) The picture shows the most important raw material of quartz sand in the process of producing glassware. In this step, employees need to mix all raw materials up until smooth.
Step 2:
(Founding) Put all raw material into furnace. Through the process of high temperature, those raw materials will become the hot liquid glass.
Step 3:
Separate the liquid glass into equal weight. Then, put the liquid glass into each specific mold.
Step 4:
After step 3, we will get the new glassware. Employees will put all new products into the conveyor belt.
Step 5:
Then, quality inspectors have to check and elected the defective glass products from new products.
Step 6:
Employees need to put the quality products into the wooden stand.
Step 7:
Packaging the new glass products.
Step 8:
Transport the glass products to our company’s warehouse.
