Q: HOW CAN I GET SAMPLE?
A: a. Regarding the regular products, we offered free samples to our customer if customer agreed to pay shipping fee or offered consignee account number to us.
b.Regarding the OEM products, customer need to pay the mould cost to make mold first and then we will offer pre-sample to customer to check.
Q: CAN YOU DO A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT FOR US?
A: Yes, for the regular products, we can do customized like spray color, make decal design, frosted, laser and so on. If customer want to change the shape, we will make mold after received mold cost.
Q: HOW CAN I PLACE ORDER?
A: After confirmed product price, we will send you a proforma invoice involved details of products, like item photo, size, quantity and price. We will arrange mass production after we received advanced payment and confirmed order.
Q: HOW ABOUT PAYMENT TERM?
A: We accepted T/T (30% deposit and balance against copy of B/L) and L/C st sight.
Q: HOW ABOUT DELIVERY TIME?
A: Our delivery time is 50 to 60 days after received confirmed order and advanced payment. If the items involved color inner box, we need to receive artwork of color inner box in 15 days after confirmed order.
